We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days across the UK. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Yes, you can return any unopened and unused item within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
