At Reenosta, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we take great care in delivering high-quality bathroom products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read the following information carefully to understand our returns and exchange process.

🔍 Inspect Your Delivery Upon Arrival

Before signing for your order, please inspect all items thoroughly. If any damage is visible upon delivery, note it clearly on the delivery receipt. This is essential for us to process any claims related to damage during transit. Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you’ve received, you may return it to us within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning unwanted items. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Items returned damaged or not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.

Note: Returns from outside Northern Ireland (including England, Scotland, or Wales) must be arranged and shipped by the customer.

📦 Damaged Goods

If you notice any damage at the time of delivery:

  • Refuse the item or make a clear note on the delivery docket
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@reenosta.co.uk. 
  • Include photos of the damage to support your claim

If damage is reported after this period, we may be unable to process compensation or replacements.

⚠️ Faulty Products

For items that develop a fault after use (within 30 days of receipt):

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • We will assess the fault and offer a refund or replacement if the fault is due to a manufacturer defect

Please note: damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

🚚 Incorrect Items Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover the return shipping of the incorrect item

Please ensure the incorrect item is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition to avoid delays in replacing it.

📌 Receiving Pallet Deliveries – Important Instructions

  • Inspect the pallet on arrival. If it's visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery.
  • Always use two people to carefully unwrap pallets.
  • Check all items thoroughly before signing the delivery note.
  • If any issues are found, make a note on the delivery document and contact us immediately.

We cannot accept claims for damages once the delivery note has been signed with no issues reported.

🔎 Product Sizing Disclaimer

All product sizes listed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations (typically ±10–20mm) may occur. If exact sizing is critical for your installation, please contact our team before placing your order.
